North Shore Insight Meditation Center Workshop: “The Art of Loving Kindness”
On Saturday, 1/28 Matthew Daniell of North Shore Insight Meditation Center will hold his workshop on “The Art of Loving Kindness.” This half day retreat will be held in-person at Internal Arts New England 10:00am-12:30pm, and they have recently added a remote option for those who wish to participate from home.

4 Seasons Qigong
On Sunday, 1/29 Chris will hold his seminar on 4 Seasons Qigong focusing on the Winter Set. This seminar will meet at Internal Arts New England 10:00am-12:00pm.

Yoga and Meditation, Monday Mornings
Also, a reminder that Yoga and Meditation with Meghan is back on the schedule and will continue to meet Monday mornings at 9:15am at Internal Arts New England.
