Hello Great Bay Tai Chi Community!
As if our last set of announcements didn’t have enough new offerings in it, we were recently able to add in a Slow Flow Yoga class on Sunday afternoon. Lauren Morash will offer this class on Sundays at 4:30pm beginning March 12. Here is her class description:
Start your week in bliss with Slow Flow Yoga. This class is a mix of Gentle and Yin Yoga; we will slow way down and hold poses longer to soak up all the benefits. We will connect back to our bodies by grounding down and focusing on our breath. Essential oils, guided meditation, and optional hands on assists are all a part of this relaxing class.
Lauren Morash has been a student of Yoga for 12 years. She received her 200 RYT training in 2021, and since then has taught all kinds of Yoga including Kids, Mommy and Me, Family, Vinyasa and Yin. Lauren finds a lot of joy in connecting with others and providing space for mindful movement in her classes. Lauren lives in Merrimac with her husband and their daughter, Maisie. When she’s not on the mat she enjoys a good book, a good thrift haul, and pasta in any form!
We also have Hatha Yoga with Maura Mastrogiovanni on Mondays at 4:00pm. After needing a few weeks off, she is back and looking forward to practicing with you!

Martial Movement with Michael and Meditation with Meghan got off to a great start this week. We hope you will consider adding those classes to your calendars as well. Martial Movement is meeting Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays at 8:00am and Wednesdays at 6:00pm. Meditation meets Thursdays at 4:00pm
