Hello Great Bay Tai Chi Community!
Monday Mornings
After a strong response to our last email, Kate has decided to keep her class on the schedule through February and beyond! You can continue to come see her Monday mornings at 10:30. Be sure to let her know how much you appreciate her!
Don’t forget we also have Monday morning Yoga and Meditation with Meghan at 9:15. She is planning a focus on the Dao De Jing in her upcoming classes. This is a great way to start your week!
