Hello Great Bay Tai Chi Community!
Fall is upon us, but there is no slowing down of activities at Great Bay Tai Chi and Internal Arts New England! Many thanks to those of you who completed the survey that we sent out. We are compiling that data and using it to refine our schedule and offerings. While we will continue to work to bring the best offerings at the most convenient times, here is what we have coming up in the weeks ahead:
Open Practice times this week

All students are welcome to come in to Internal Arts New England during these times to work on any of our subjects and receive coaching.
