The study of Tai Chi Ball offers us a better understanding of body mechanics and integrated movement.
The Yang Style Matching Set gives us a glimpse of the usage of Tai Chi movements and allows us to practice responding to a partner.

Order a Tai Chi Wooden Ball
- Poplar and Cedar are light and easy to use for extended practice. Recommended for Beginners
- Red Oak is a little heavier, but still good for most students.
- Maple and Mahogany are heavier and recommended for more advanced/stronger students.
While lighter balls are good for learning and extended practice, heavier balls offer better feedback and training. All wooden balls come unfinished. You can choose to treat or stain your own ball to customize. We recommend using Howard Feed-N-Wax for basic protection of the wood.
