Pam Jacobson, Instructor
Pam has been studying Tai Chi and Qigong with Great Bay Tai Chi since 2019. She began her practice with Short Form and has added Long Form, Push Hands, Matching Set, Tai Chi Ball, and Tai Chi Saber . Her other interests include Hatha Yoga and Vipassana Meditation, but it is Tai Chi that brings the most wellness and joy into her life. She enjoys learning and teaching with the Great Bay Tai Chi Community, and is grateful for the collaborative and supportive instructors, particularly the teaching and mentoring of Lead Instructor Chris Himmel. Pam approaches the art as a lifelong pursuit that continually challenges each student, meeting them exactly where they are in any given moment.
